We ship orders the following business day, Monday-Friday; excluding weekends and holidays. All carrier services we offer are NOT Guaranteed meaning, they are estimated delivery dates and if not delivered by the day, we do refund for shipping fees. Please order with ample time. We ship as quickly as possible, the next business day.

Delivery Policy:

We ship to the address on the orders only. We do not edit or change addresses after an order has been placed. 

There is NO Guarantee on delivery dates for Ground or Standard shipping options. The estimated delivery time frame are provided by the carriers. 

Signature to receive your goods may be required.

Please be aware that Party Mania USA by no means will refund or resend orders for claims of Non-receipt if the tracking number shows delivered or signed

In some cases the tracking will show lost, non-delivered, in which case we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund or resend your order at our cost. 

Customers purchasing from our site are agreeing to all the terms and conditions set forth. We will make no exceptions to these policies.

Shipping Refunds for late orders:

Ground and Standard shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as transit times are estimates. Carriers have delays and we encourage customers to order ahead of time.
