Delivery Terms & Store Policies

- Delivery Guarantees: There is NO guarantee on delivery dates for our Economy or Standard shipping options. The timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates provided directly by the shipping carriers.
- Signature Requirements: A signature may be required upon delivery to receive your goods, depending on the order value or carrier requirements.
- Delivered Status Disputes: Party Mania USA will not refund, credit, or resend orders for claims of non-receipt if the carrier tracking status firmly indicates the package was "Delivered" or signed for at the address provided.
- Lost or Non-Delivered Packages: In rare instances where tracking officially confirms a package is lost in transit or marked as non-delivered by the carrier, we take full responsibility. We will issue a full refund or resend your party supplies immediately at our cost.
