How soon will I get my order? We ship orders the next business day during operational hours, Mon-Fri. We ship from Reading, Pennsylvania.
Shipping options available at checkout:
Standard: arrives within 3-5 business days (don’t count weekend).
Priority: arrives within 2-4 business days (don’t count weekend).
Shipping Services are NOT GUARANTEED to arrive within timeframes as delays by carriers are out of our control. Please expect your order to arrive on time but with the possibility of carrier delays.

My order shows delivered but I don't see it. What to do?
We have a very strict policy to claims of non-receipt when we show proof that we shipped the order and the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) also certifies our shipment with a tracking. Upon arrival to it's final destination, USPS scans the package and the customer immediately receives a text/email from us stating the package has been delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to contact their local USPS immediately upon not seeing their package. We email and or text customers through the whole order process till delivery. We do expect customers to review our communications regarding their orders and take the proper steps to ensuring a safe delivery from their local mailman.

I want to return my order! What is the process?
Returns are accepted within 14 DAYS of receipt of order. Only returned products will be refunded not the original shipping fees paid by the customer. Customers are responsible to return at their cost.
Returned items must be Brand New and in Original Packing. Only the value of product is refunded, NOT SHIPPING Fees. Refunds are processed within 48 hours and to it’s original form of payment.
