Customized and Handmade items are not returnable and SALE IS FINAL! Items that fall under this category will have "Customized and or Handmade" text in the title or item description. Please review the full description of items prior to purchasing or contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.
For all other Non-Customized/Non-Handmade items we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All returns will be credited minus shipping fees to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging. You are responsible to return at your expense. We do not cover shipping return charges.
Please contact us click here to request a return authorization number. Once we provide you with a return authorization number you may return the item/s to the return address we provide.
Did you receive a damaged product/s? Claims for damaged products must be made within 14 days of receipt. We require proof of claim by either photo, video or return. Once we review the claim and confirm the damage was our fault, a refund will be issued. Please email us email@example.com and we will provide further instructions on the return.
