Shipping: I agree that Standard Shipping arrives within 3-6 business days excluding weekends and holidays and Priority Shipping takes 2-4 business days to arrive excluding weekends and holidays. Both of these services are NOT GUARANTEED and if delayed by the post office, Party Mania USA will not refund me for the shipping fees if I wish to return the order within the 14 day Return Policy.

     

    1. Custom-made and Handmade Items: I agree that I can’t return or exchange custom-made or handmade items. Items that are custom-made or handmade are described as such on the item title or on the item’s description. I have fully read the full item title and description prior to purchasing.

     

    1. Returns/Exchanges: I agree and understand that I have 14 days of purchase date to return my unopened and unused order. I am responsible to return at my expense and once Party Mania USA receives my order, I will be refunded for price of products only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded to me if I wish to return an order.
